I have been metal detecting since 1974. I have always been interested in history, and looking for old coins, from I was 6 years old, I remember looking at old Victorian coins that one of my Uncle give me. When I was 20 I bought my first metal detector it was an CScope IB100! I found hundreds of coins with it and after a short while I progressed to a Whites 5/D with manual ground balance, it was great. I loved Whites so much I became a dealer for them. I have treasure hunted all over the world, including the UK, Europe, Australia and here in New Zealand. I have found Celtic, Roman, Medieval coins/artifacts mainly in the UK. I am a avid treasure hunter. I will look for shipwreck artifacts, ancient hoards and lost treasures. I use Deeptech PI metal detector for hoard hunting and deep detection.
